Uniquely Thai Return Policy

1. Can I return my order? Yes you can return your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery. You can call our store during our normal work hours or e-mail us 24 – 7 and let us know you want to return the product. You will be refunded the purchase price (minus S&H) in the same manner it was collected. Please understand to receive a refund we must receive the items in unused condition with the same packaging that you received it in. Uniquely Thai reserves the right to determine the condition.


2. What if my order is not correct? If you received the wrong item and it is determined by Uniquely Thai it is no fault of the customers (sorry we are not perfect) . Uniquely Thai will do everything it can to make the order correct and meet your needs.

3. What service do you use to ship your products? We ship all products via UPS. We do not mark up any shipping and do not normally charge a handling fee.

4. How long will it take to get my order once it ships? UPS Ground shipments take between 1-5 days. U.S. depending on your location.

5. Once I order, how long before you ship? Orders normally ship within one business day, but will always ship with-in 5 business days. If you have provided us with an e-mail address in your order a UPS tracking notice will be sent to you or you can call or e-mail us for the tracking information.

6. Where are your products located? Our Showroom and warehouse is located in Oxnard, CA.

7. Do you have a Store? Yes, we have a showroom in Oxnard, CA. located on the corner of Hemlock ST. and Victoria AVE. we are open Tuesday – Saturday 10am to 5pm. Special accommodations can be made if you call beforehand.

8. Do you ship to Canada? Yes, You will be contacted after you place your order with additional information. At times the shipping rates will be higher than shown on the order. All customs fees and clearance will be the responsibility of the recipient.

9. Do you ship internationally other than Canada? Not normally. Shipping costs have proven to exceed the product costs.

10. Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii? Yes, You will be contacted after you place your order with additional information. At times the shipping rates will be higher than shown on the order.
